Communication is very important to Frog Hollow. Our classrooms use the Pro Care app to share information about each child which includes information such as the art activity, stories read, theme of the week, and personal accomplishments. Parents are encouraged to leave notes if they are unable to speak to the teachers directly or set up at time to meet.

An important part of our communication in our preschool classrooms is parent teacher conferences that are scheduled twice a year. Using Frog Hollow’s assessments, our teachers are able to identify the student’s developmental level and areas that may need further instruction. Frog Hollow also has a monthly newsletter that is sent home with information about upcoming events, reminders, and notices.
